Refund policy

All refund and transfer requests must be sent by email to hello@343labs.com. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

1. Standard Courses

Full refund (minus $200 refund fee)
Up to 30 days before the start of the course, or within 24 hours of payment.

75% refund
Up to 14 days before the course start date.

50% refund
Within 14 days before the first class, and before the beginning of the second class.

No refund
After the second class has begun.

Transfers

  • Enrollment can be transferred to a different course until the start of the third class.
  • Each transfer is subject to a $150 transfer fee.
  • No transfers are allowed after the third class begins.

2. Course Bundles

The same refund rules as Standard Courses apply.

All refund requests must be made before the beginning of the second class of the first course in the bundle. Any request made after that point renders the entire bundle non-refundable.

3. Workshops

Full refund (minus $75 refund fee)
Up to 30 days before the workshop start date.

75% refund
Up to 14 days before the workshop start date.

50% refund
Within 14 days before the workshop start date.

No refund
From the day the workshop starts onward.

Transfers

Students may transfer to a future workshop for a $50 transfer fee. Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the workshop begins.

4. Adult Summer Program

The first $750 of tuition fees is a non-refundable deposit.

Full refund (minus $750 deposit)
Up to 45 days before the start.

75% refund
Up to 30 days before the start.

50% refund
Within 30 days before the start.

25% refund
Within 14 days before the start, and before the beginning of the second day of the program.

No refund
After the second day of the program has begun.

Transfers

Students may transfer to a future program for a $150 transfer fee.

5. Middle & High School Summer Camp

Full refund (minus $200 refund fee)
Up to 45 days before the start of the camp, or within 24 hours of payment.

75% refund
Up to 30 days before the start of the camp.

50% refund
Within 30 days before the start of the camp, and up to 14 days before the camp.

25% refund
Within 14 days before the start of the camp, and before the beginning of the second day.

No refund
After the beginning of the second day of the camp.

Transfers

  • Enrollment can be transferred to a different course until the start of the third class.

6. Private Classes

Full refund (minus $75 refund fee)
Up to 7 days before the first class begins, or within 24 hours of payment.

50% refund
Within 7 days before the first class, and before the beginning of the second class.

No refund
Once the second class has begun.

7. Course Expiration

All courses must be used within one year of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email with 343 Labs administration. Any course not used within one year is considered invalid and is not eligible for a refund.

8. Postponement & Cancellation

Cancellation by 343 Labs

If 343 Labs cancels a course for any reason, students will receive a 100% refund within 30 days after the scheduled start date.

Postponement or rescheduling

343 Labs reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a course (or part of a course) due to extenuating circumstances, such as instructor illness or low enrollment. Postponement or rescheduling does not entitle students to any form of refund.

9. Student Absences

Students are responsible for attending all scheduled classes. If a student is absent for any reason, they may schedule a private makeup lesson at their own cost, subject to instructor availability. Missing a class or not scheduling a makeup lesson does not entitle a student to any refund.

10. Discounts & Transfers to Another Person

  • Promotional discounts: any course discounted through a promotion (other than Early Bird) cannot be refunded.
  • Early Bird discounts: Early Bird enrollments follow the Standard Courses refund policy.
  • Transfer to another person: all courses can be transferred to another person on request, for a $200 fee.

11. Miscellaneous

343 Labs reserves the right to change the advertised instructor without notice. A change of instructor does not entitle students to any form of refund.
