Frequently asked questions
Once payment has been made, we will contact you to arrange your class at a mutually convenient time (please note that it can take 7-14 days to arrange your class, depending on availability).
If you would like to request a particular instructor, please let us know, and we will do our best to arrange it, but please know that not all requests can be met.
1Can I schedule the class before I book it online?
No, unfortunately not.
2How long will it take to confirm the time of my class once I have booked it online?
Our instructors are very busy, so it can take 7-14 days to confirm the time of your lesson. Please be patient!
3How do I know if my preferred instructor will be available to teach my class at my preferred time?
You can email us before you book your class to make sure we have an instructor available that fits your learning needs. We have many instructors on our roster, all of who are super talented and well-versed in most genres. You can email us at hello@343labs.com with any questions.
4How do I know the instructor I want to learn from is available at the time I want?
Based on your time preferences, we will do our best to pair you with the instructor of your choice, after which we will help you coordinate a mutually agreeable time. The more flexible you are with your time preferences, the easier it will be to find a time that works for your instructor.
5Can I reschedule my class if needed?
Yes, but rescheduling requests must be received in writing by email with at least 24 hours advance notice. We cannot reschedule lessons with less than 24 hours notice, and you will lose your lesson if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. You can email us at hello@343labs.com.
6Can I get a refund if I don’t like my class?
No, unfortunately, not.
7Can I send the instructor my music ahead of time?
Yes, you can.
